Ronald Makoni
General Manager
As the General Manager, Ronald Makoni is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, treasury management, and the execution of strategic initiatives for the group. Before managing Springstone Capital, Ronald was a Partner at a corporate finance and advisory firm in Harare, Zimbabwe. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Accounting Science (Cum Laude) from the University of South Africa, along with several other professional qualifications.
Private Partnerships
In select cases, Springstone Capital may convert short-term consulting engagements into long-term strategic partnerships by becoming an investor alongside its clients. Our contribution includes strategic perspectives drawing on decades of investor and entrepreneurial experience, understanding of international standards and expectations, from governance to presentation.
Non-Executive & Project Services Management
Springstone Capital joins clients as advisory board member and/or retained advisors on longer-term projects (e.g., through to an exit).
Private Investment
Springstone Capital may co-invest in ventures to ensure long-term alignment of interests. Preferred equity acquisitions are made during consulting services, but other circumstances may be considered.
